That reminds me of what I call the "city in the sky". From Tikaboo at night, looking roughly south, you see a large cluster of lights seemingly hover in the sky. No, sorry, its not the mothership. It is the youth prison camp on Angel Peak near Las Vegas. A great optical illusion.
