I'm having the same problem, I thought it was because I use a macbook pro. When I use David's link, it just goes to a blank screen. If I type planet.com it goes to their home page. I created an account for EOS.com. I login and it wants to load my current location. However, it just idles there with the same blank screen but I see my city in the tab name. I have zero patients for that stuff -that's why I use a macbook.

So as Joerg asked, please post a photo if possible, I'd love to see it too...
