The B-1B fleet will be cut to leave just the Active duty units in service.
This is Dyess and Ellsworth AFB sharing a pool of aircraft (60+)
That leaves Robins, Mountain Home and McConnell being axed from operating the B-1B.

Like i mentioned in the other post, i have heard of the DoD planning on using B-52's to be modified into EB-52s dedicated to ECM/ESM warfare, but i havent so far heard of B-1Bs being modified into the same platforms as Magoo mentioned.
