Well, it's been awhile since I was in the left seat but looking at the sectional I think it may be a glitch. The airspace over Rachel is a Military Operations Area so that's okay. R-4807A is Monday thru Friday but R-4809 over Tonopah Test Range is continuous / unlimited altitude. Last September I was on a commercial flight 80+ miles to the north. It was good to very good visibility and thru my lens you could see some buildings at Groom Lake. TTR was clearly visible even without optics.
