The last few years I always wondered if the Windmill was even open for business. The parking lot was a ghost town on Fridsy nights driving up to Rachel and Sunday afternoons going back to Vegas. We stopped going there once Carlos opened up his place but he has moved elsewhere as well. Now we just get Chester's chicken at Great Basin Foods....damn good chicken!
