Just want to share that today 4 Swedish airforce was honored for escorting an SR-71 with engine failure to safe terrritory away from following Soviet fighters during the cold war. The Blackbird was crewed by Duane Noll and Tom Veltri. Link to some pictures from today and of the damaged SR-71. Unfortunately in Swedish, maybe Google can make a decent translation?
