I asked about the gate 700 buildings on at least two tours and never got an answer. Asked about Area 51 directly I only got "There is no Area 51 in the Nevada Test Site" (as it was called back then).

As for the coordinates, from a GE plugin that I downloaded from somewhere a while ago they are U.S. tests Grommet/Nama-Amarylis (8/5/71) and Fulcrum/Sutter (12/21/76). I am sure you can google them for more info.
