I'd first like to apologize for the poor image quality, as it was taken only by a cellphone! As of May 2018, there appears to be no indication of construction at Plant 42, except for Site 4 (Northrop Grumman.) With that said, I'm extremely convinced that the construction at Site 4 is directly related to the B-21 Program! Including the new Hangar currently under construction! We all know that this far advanced in the testing phase, at least one or two B-21's have already been airborne over our skies! It's only getting closer and closer to full production of the B-21, and unless the USAF breaks ground on a new facility next week at Plant 42, I'd be willing to bet anyone that this is where the B-21 will call home (Production//Maintenance!) Thats my update for now!
