You can apply with LMCO or Northrop in Palmdale, they are great companies to work for and the benefits are great. There are several subcontractors as well in Palmdale. My advice - stay away from JT3 and AECOM - nepotism and laziness is the name of the game. The only reason they still hold the contracts is because they’ve been there for ages, but new management is needed pronto.
