Hmm, I see the problems with modulating the radar frequency now (and also why I was never good in HF technology).

There are many new radar sites around Cedar Gate, in the northern Emigrant Valley and also east of the TTR.
I remember hearing on my scanner what sounded like the setup or test of a de-centralized radar system with 12 or so individual components all over the valley.
These systems might be worth a closer look...
