This looks like a newer building to replace the old radar control building that was torn down some years ago. The problem with it being labelled "Majestic 12" is that anyone can label anything on Wikimapia. This is not an official (or even unofficial) designation. It's just something that some joker put on the Wikimapia site. It's true - to some degree, at least - that people at Area 51 and elsewhere in the Air Force have a sense of humor. Look at some of the alien-themed unit patches, or the male and female alien symbols on the restroom doors at the Vandenberg AFB visitor's office. This, however is not such a case. Nor is Hangar 18 (Building 430) at Groom Lake, for that matter. It was only designated Hangar 18 because it was the next one built after Hangar 17. That it shares a number with an infamous hangar at Wright-Patterson is purely coincidental.
