I believe the below is a complete list. Bonus Gates #3 and 4 on Rock Springs Road are missing because they are somewhat marginal and may be subject to debate. To make it more confusing, since the White Sides/Freedom Ridge land grab has expired, some of the gates technically are no longer gates, but are still enforced as if they were.
