There is some validity in what you are saying, but note that many of these Janet flights are not full. I recall the flights after 9am were not very crowded. And there are lots of Janet flights.

I'll be in Vegas early next year and will see if I have the patience to stake out the Janet Terminal from the long term parking garage. You can observe cargo loading from that side. I'm sure after a few hours airport security is going to bug me, especially with a camera and scanner.
