My point is this: It's OK to drop a nuke on a city, but illegal to park one in space? Of course, that would end the nuclear arms race.
Supporting point: Does it matter to the soldier who's skull was just penetrated with a projectile traveling at 3000 FPS whether it's a "legal" round or an expanding "illegal" round? The latter being against the "Laws of War" until the army decided they wanted them for their sidearms. Ultimately we're arguing semantics to distract us from the fact that all these things are designed to murder people into agreeing with our way of life. We are now a global community. The bonehead line-in-the-sand mentality needs to end.
