Looks pretty routine. Changing filters, inspecting and lubricating actuators and cables, etc. The one thing that looks a bit odd is the plastic on the emergency exit door, unless they are replacing a seal or cleaning up some corrosion. Atlanta has a lot of bugs this time of year ;-)
