The Russian mentality always seems to have been to go for speed on aircraft rather than stealth characteristics. Obviously they have experimented with types of RAM, the Badger incident a example of this. That we know of the MIG.144 seems to be the only Russian X-Plane to incorporate stealth characteristics. MIG MAPO going as far to say that it is more advanced than the F-22. That I find very unlikely considering the little money put into the aircraft development. Also the Russian's are supposed to be working on a 'Stealth Bomber'. Made by Sukhoi it is known as the T-60S. Unlikely this has got off the ground yet, as far as we know!
