There's a lot of sites out in the Mojave and at Yuma that have a significant amount of foreign--mostly Russian/Chinese--radar systems, both naval and land-based systems. Yuma (Fort Pavlock) has a lot of foreign military equipment; Russian jeeps, tanks, APC's, ZSU's, etc. Wouldn't recommend driving a Soviet jeep. 'been to a lot of these sites; nothing mysterious here.
