I believe this is an F-16 that is now on display at Blackbird Air Park.
In earlier photos you can see it stored in different locations around Plant 42. I am told the aircraft was assembled from two written off airframes and was used as a non-flying test article. In different photos you can see it with a DSI inlet and LOAN nozzle.
