As you no doubt assumed, the photo on the right is actually showing two antennas, one atop the other. The lower one, with the parabolic reflector shape, is the ASR proper; the big flat thing above it is a dipole array that's the business end of the ASR's beacon interrogator system. It pings the transponders on aircraft, triggering a coded response that provides the data the controllers see next to each blip on their screens. The ASR radar itself provides only the blip part of the target.

Not quite as sure, but the system on the left looks like a ground surveillance radar. Its job is to track the movement of aircraft around the taxiways, and the odd tow tug doing unauthorized donuts out on the runway.
