This should be a simple question. Where were all of the SR-71s manufactured?

I have good evidence (via Jay Miller books) that all of the A-12s and at least 3 SR-71s were made in Burbank. It also seems clear initial SR-71 flights were all made at Palmdale. What about the last 29 airframes? Did the production line move to Palmdale?

Is there any evidence that the SR-71 ever flew out of Burbank? It would be amazing if such a well known aircraft never flew out of the airport it was built at. My theory will be blown; however, if it turns out manufacture (beyond just final assembly) took place at Palmdale.
