Since someone brought up plasma aircraft...I remember reading in Nick Cooks "Hunt for Zero Point" Book about a video that was capture at either Edwards or Plant 42 by I believe Chuck of an aircraft taxing out for takeout with sparks shooting or rolling off it surface. Does anyone know anything else about this possible video/encounter/technology?
