Raising my hand here. I spent too many nights on duty watching those interesting contrails appear on weather satellite feeds. Particularly those contrails that did things like go south out of Nevada over Mexico, then turn east, disappear out of field and then show back up in field less than 3 hours later. Or the contrails that went south out of Nevada, turned northeast, went out of field, then showed up back in view heading southeast and ended over northwest Nevada. I wonder if it would be possible to get copies of Weather Channel broadcasts from 20 to 25 years ago?
