Another base in the Pacific is the Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands.....It is highly manned....A friend from a model webzine and Facebook lives and works on Kwajalein as a fireman.....I'm sure his job description is broader than that but,......IIRC a lot of missile flight tracking are flown out of here....Johnson Atoll (south of Honolulu) use to be active but they shut it down some yrars ago......Of course Guam is a big USAF/Marine/USNavy base(s)
