I have been hearing about this for quite some time now. It sounds like security at South Base will be raised to a level comparable to that seen in the early days of B-2 testing at that location. People are speculating that it might be either a new bomber or ISR platform. The timing makes me wonder if it is whatever was tested at Groom and housed in the big hangar at the Area 51 Southend complex. Perhaps that program is being eased out of the "black" a bit.
