Well said about Lazar! However, why is it everyone goes the unnecessary extra mile trying to discredit this guy? In truth, if I were one of those secret government insiders trying to back engineer exotic craft, and all the engineers from the best institutions had had only mixed results, I think I might be tempted to go the route of asking around and looking for unconventional people with quick-silver minds who were "talented" in figuring out how unconventional technology might work. Since I might be so desperate for answers some of my candidates could have some questionable events in their background. A Personal Note: Just because someone spent a few nights in jail as a result from the fallout from a divorce does not qualify him or her as an undesirable! Just an old man's Opinion!
