I understood what he was getting at.
I am aware that there are many classified things The B2
does that we don't know about, but wanted to stay
away from the realm of speculation.

Then they are going to also be "upgraded" over the next
5 years.

On the surface I was only comparing the initial cost
of the 20, well over 40 Billion.
Then adding 20 years of inflation; making a point
that 9.9 Billion isn't an astronomical amount to
upgrade an already vital asset that we have.

What can they do already that we don't know about
remains a matter of debate; but I'm sure there are
plenty of things in The B2's bag of tricks that it
can already do before these upgrades.

That's why I like The B2, because there could be
things that it could do that may take years to
be declassified.

If you want to talk about what you think it could
do, I am very open minded to talk about that as well.
