One thing I can tell you about RAF Mildenhall, is that it does play host to a lot of rare USAF aircraft. Most recently it's seen aircraft such as a E-8C (Returning from Afghanistan operations), NKC-135B (The one associated with the ABL program based at Edwards).
And numerous others over the past few years.
