*sniff, sniff* I smell trolls. In all seriousness I seem to remember this being an odd-ball designation for a MiG out of Groom. I also seem to remember it first being spotted in a profile from a test pilot who flew there. I could be wrong (probably) but that was the first thing that popped into mind. I'm sure Peter or one of the other regulars could answer this more clearly and accurately.
