reach it. This could be done at a Freq. that is in accord with the noise that you are trying to reduce. Toms Equation also showed the power required, and the length of duration to "project" a beam through the Atmosphere. Now I really wonder just as to why now, unless there might really be an S.S.T. in the near future. Surely there is no need to test at Area 51.
