That would have been a stinker to miss! Even with having a camera ready in my pocket everyday(phone) I still miss stuff. About two weeks ago I was on campus at Texas State University in San Marcos Tx. I heard a really nasty sounding aircraft. Then from right in front of me, over one of thee tallest campus buildings came a V-22 flying at no more than 1000 feet. I almost dropped my phone trying to get it out of my pocket. It was the first time I's ever seen one in person. Later as I was leaving town I saw it southwest of San Marcos just flying circles at several thousand feet. Not sure what it was doing around there.
