Yes there are boneyards at DM/Tuscan, Roswell, Pinal, Victorville (old George AFB), and wikipedia list most.....
White Sands......"Not exactly".......Northwest of Oscura Auxiliary Airfield New Mexico, (which is north east of White Sands proper) and at N33°32'28.32" X W106°12'38.88" is the site where the YF-23 was along with several F-4's or T-38's ?????....However the YF-23 is actually a (IIRC) a range mockup due to go to some museum......You can see it on Bing aerial.....Bing Birds-eye blacks it out for some reason.....Google Earth, well it's not there as of 2013...In 2009 it was.........
Alamogordo NM......2 Neptunes....one of which is a fire bomber......depending on what map you use there may be other red tail aircraft on the taxiway and/or ramp....these I suspect are fire bombers too......
