This web site is designed for 1024x768 pixel screen resolution. On smaller monitors you may occasionally need to use the slider bar to pan horizontally.
Especially in the forum index, where replies are displayed indented, you may need to use the slider to see deeply nested threads. When reading individual messages however, you should not need to use the horizontal slider, unless you are using a very old browser.
