I'm wondering if this may be the aircraft I witnessed the night of Thanksgiving in 2011 near Williamsburg, VA. I was taking a walk around 11 pm and looking up at the bright stars in the moonless sky when some movement caught my eye. I proceeded to watch what looked to be an almost completely blacked out aircraft moving silently across the sky, with only two faint amber lights. It appeared to be fairly low, but there was no sound from my vantage point. I watched it sail off toward the west northwest, more or less toward the direction of Richmond.
