What you are saying is they would have to return to Nightshot at least every 90 minutes? Not to mention the satellites that cross over at other times. How on Earth do they get anything done? That's a real shame. Perhaps the only answer will be to increase the restricted airspace, like an inverted wedding cake (shaped like class B) all the way up to satellite elevations. Not too practical.
