Consider that at low earth orbit velocities of 17,000 miles an hour, you are going to see the facility for 3 to 5 seconds tops, and not return for 90 minutes. And for those 3 to 5 seconds, the facility will be in "NIGHTSHOT Condition", so anything interesting would be covered up or in a hangar. That is about as interesting as it is going to get.
