Hi Mike,

Coyote Summit is one of the best places to view Red Flag. It's kind of a choke point for aircraft as they ingress into the range. The hill there is not too bad of a climb. Just climb up from the west side -easy peasy.

Fort Simms is a good place too however, it's a memorial to several passed residence of Rachel so it's location is a bit hush hush. But if you do a little research, it's not hard to find it's location but you will need a high clearance vehicle to drive up the hill.

The Back Gate and Cedar Gate have Russian RADAR sites right there so they are potential targets. But it's really like fishing, who can say where the best spot is? Just hope the wind and weather is good and all the "action" isn't at high altitude. Otherwise, you'll hear a lot and not see squat! ;-)

Good Luck
