I worked for L3 back from 2006-2008. They had some pretty amazing IR stuff going on that they had mounted in a similar plane, wouldn't doubt that they might also have outfitted this one with even more sensitive stuff. Back then, they had the market cornered having come out with the first 4k sensor of its kind. I know they were also working on a supposed 64k sensor, but it was still in its infancy, and was "too hot" to show to people without proper clearance.
