That is actually a second crash that happened at a later date... Note the date and time of that article from Defense Tech. The crash that happened in New Mexico on Oct 22nd, wasn't and will not be discussed publicly by the USAF, as the one above in your article, does. Two separate crashes, two entirely different programs.
