Can you extract an audio clip of the siren sound and email me at webmaster@dreamlandresort.com? Can you tell if the sound was ongoing, or just a few bursts to get your attention? Not sure if there is a set schedule for the chopper, but it seems to do a sweep along the hills surrounding Tikaboo Valley just after sunset quite often. Mostly clockwise, sometimes crossing GL Rd around the signs. I am sure you know, but if you plan on doing any offroading during your visit in January you may want to bring snow chains and/or a good shovel... All depends on the snowfall and temps. The valley is generally ok, but if you get up in the hills you may run into pretty heavy snow or mud.
