I wouldn't say it is a "true" anti-gravity device. Of course, I am no expert, though, I think people categorize this under anti-gravity, thus, deflecting attention off what it really can be. There is some concrete science and demonstration behind Lifter technology. From what I have attained is as along as you have an atomsphere there is some "force" at play. The perfect place to test this out would be Area 51. It would be interesting to see if anyone or any company tried to put this technology in place on some large aero-frame project to see if it really does pan out. I guess one end point to make is there could be alot of money to be made behind technology like this. Of course, I'm stilling looking for an article to be pointed to.
