This day and age it's nearly impossible to hide something with the emergence of satellite imaging. Especially something as extensive as hangars and runways. Do I think there's another facility that does exactly what Groom Lake is used for? No. Do I think there are other bases that have a tendency for hosting black aircraft? Yup. New Mexico is a prime example. Cannon, Holloman, and White Sands have all been mentioned at one time or another in the same breath as black aircraft. The various RCS test sites in California are another potential hotspot. But, really, Nevada is still the top of the food chain if you're into secret jets.
