That's just a few we know of, CDC and army depot in Utah both are Bio-level 4 facilities, Harp facility is Alaska , other the countless others out there in the desert or in the Alaska Yukon or on a desert island who knows if you got a plane and people that will keep a secret a secret you can do whatever about.
