I've researched this substantially over the past few years- and it's finally here! I'm traveling to Vegas next week and we're planning on taking a drive out to Mailbox/Groom Lake Rd. I'm curious if there's snow on the ground at this time? Also, our plan is to drive down Mailbox Rd, then onto Groom Lake until we come to the WARNING signs. Does this make the most sense? Any feedback/comments, etc would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!
