Seems there was something about 6-8 months ago that the US was going to stop use of the Global Hawk too.....Don't recall why and not sure what it's status is at this time.....

I did read that a Global Hawk had flown from the US to Australia (took 22 hrs), much longer range than a Predator/Reaper.....So even if this model wasn't too successful, I think large UAV's are the future....
