I try to drive be Creech AFB once a week on my way home from work. I am amazed every time with the amount of new construction. You can literally see construction on all sections of the base. Now, near the Northern end of the base, close to the FWY, there are maybe 10-15 temporary tents. Looks like they may begin building nearby. Most of the construction is at the opposite end of the base. The great thing about Creech is how close it is to the freeway. You can usually see drones or something in the air. This helicopter was practicing 'touch and goes". I have also noticed the base is eating up land. They now own the old trailer park that was in the front near the old mail entrance. Compared to Area 51, it is fun to actually get to see something in the air!
