New Groom Lake Satellite Picture

I have found this one today on Bing Maps.
If you look up at Bing Maps for Groom Lake you find a different picture as you find on GE.
I cant tell when this picture was taken but you can see the new build hangar next to the taxiway in the north. Also I was wondering what the Helicopter is doing at the south ramp next to Hangars 20-23? 3 parked Jante are on the ramp ready for boarding or just landed. On the King Air Ramp there are two planes parked and on the Helicopter ramp there seems to be two different helicopters parked!
That is what I have found on the first look. This all could be old news but I am not sure about that.
