Yes, I also saw that Amendment. They must have added it to the web after I downloaded the original .pdf a few years back. In Google Earth it does not look like there is lighting down the runway or at the thresholds, but you can clearly see what look like the 1000 foot markers on each side of the runway. But it's hard to say as they would be very small. The area where the C-17s parked after they landed in May still looks pretty spartan to me. 37° 46.683'N, 116° 15.056'W

I already put in for Friday 11/30 off with the sole intention of determining if KENO in fact installed the lighting or if it was cut due to budget. The original .pdf was for bidding purposes with a response due by April 3, 2006.
