Ok, I pulled out my handy Dandy payroll chart for Dept of Defense Civilians..

A standard Guard is GS 5, Armed is GS5 or 6 for the ground force.. The overall supervisor is probably a GS13. (directory of security)

Not including Overtime, GS5 starts at 31K tops at 41K
GS6, 35K to 45K

GS 13, 81K to 106K

Now the Police officers, A whole seperate rating, gets about 10% more for law enforcement.. This does not include locality pay (Possible up to 25% as in Los Angels), and overtime

While it is possible A51 is getting charge 100K for them, the guards themselves will not make that. As far as contracting, CONUS (in side lower 48), dont make much more than GS guards, alot of times even less.

Now add in Retirement, health, taxes, comp etc... you mmight have another 60-70% above base pay.. So a contract charging 100K is not unrealistic.. Guards getting that, darn near impossible IMHO
