I keep seeing on the threads here at some point in time some specials forces were training at Area 51 to test the security at the base and they would try to set up different scenarios and see how far they could make it within the facility. Does anyone know if this is in fact true? And if so when did this occur. I know at other secure facilities such as missile defense sites at VAFB the MP's there try to act as the "enemy" and see how close they can make it to the Interceptor silos. But those missile defense sites are already on base and so are the MP's who trained. But the fact that Special forces try to actually penetrate the base permitter of Area 51 for pure training purposes i'd love to know if that is true. Truly yours,
