Over the last couple years there has been speculation of why Groom Lake would need a what appears to be a circular race track for vehicles. The recent incident with the Brits who went beyond on the gate and than were told about possible A.I. atv's who go around the base solves the race track mystery. A51 probably built and experimented with this technology and needed a track to test out their experiments. After successful technological fruition their research was unleashed on the base. Of course, I can't name off hand, but isn't there other bases that are using same technology with remote-controlled vehicles!?
